Quest Corporate is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional with strong financial modelling skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client solutions. The candidate will play a critical role in supporting origination and execution, financial analysis, and development of client relationships. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of financial modelling, market analysis, and corporate finance principles. The job is an opportunity to get a 360 view of transaction across a range of capital solutions, sectors and geographies. You will be supporting senior colleagues and a with a lot of exposure to interesting transactions across the firm working with the most active and successful investors across the UK and internationally.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex financial models for M&A, valuations, and strategic advisory projects.

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including DCF, LBO, and scenario modelling.

• Support deal execution, including due diligence, transaction structuring, and documentation.

• Prepare client presentations, pitch books, and investment memorandums.

• Collaborate with senior team members to deliver high-quality advisory services.

 

Requirements:

• Preferably professionally qualified or part qualified (CA, ACCA, CFA, MBA, etc.).

• 1-3 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field.

• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills (essential).

• Strong understanding of accounting, valuation, and corporate finance principles.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Immediate availability is highly desirable.

• Must hold a valid UK resident permit.
